Norm

This project is a reissuing of the article "Alternormalism: The organizational aesthetic of Norm", written by the french art historian Catherine de Smet. It was originally published in "Les cahiers du musée national d’arts modernes (2004)".

The publication analyzes the work of the swiss design collective Norm, and its roots to the helvetian modernist traditions. As a quote to their aesthetic, it's written in their self-developed font "Simple", with an importance given to negative space and organization.
